As the main driving force of the market economy, the development of enterprisesplays a vital role in the market development. And this process often accompaniedby new businesses emerges as well as the decline and demise of some companies.This process is similar to the organisms metabolic process, and there will alwaysbe some companies showed more vitality and sustainable. Compared to othercompanies, these companies have gradually become the industry elite in thedevelopment process, showing their business philosophy and management thought,as well as stronger market competitiveness. So the domestic and foreign scholarspay attention to how these companies gain competitiveness.With the constant improvement of China’s economic transformation, more andmore new companies emerge in the market, thus the competition between enterprisesgrowing stronger. Competition among enterprises is not only just for “hard”resources, such as technical strength and capital levels, etc., but also the value of"soft" resources increased. As a represent of the "soft" resources, the importanceof corporate culture has got rising concern. Therefore, the relationships betweencorporate culture and competitiveness in Chinese context can be a research topic.The mechanism between the corporate culture and competitiveness formation is thecore of this study.Based on increasingly competitive of China’s market, this paper trying toexplore how corporate culture influence the formation of competitive in A company,and trying to provide a reference for the sustainable development of enterprises. Themain conclusions are as follows:(1) For enterprise, its culture in the development process is mainly formedby the following nine components: interpersonal harmony, fair rewards, social responsibility, customer-oriented, innovative, caring staff, and self-study, the valueof the mission and a sense of competition. These are formed in the long-termdevelopment process, and have been recognized by most members of the enterprisewith the development of enterprises, formed a collective consciousness and sharedvalue system.(2) Under the guidance of corporate culture, which including the technicalability, reputation, brand, market share rate and customer satisfaction, plays animportant role in the company’s sustainable development, the process from weakto strong, and gradually become a representative in the industry. The competitivenessis the source of competitive advantage, and it promotes the formation of the corecompetencies in the company, which can contribute the company’s sustainable andhelp to make the company grow stronger and bigger.(3) The relationship between culture, an ideology formed, and the formationof the enterprises’ competitiveness is indirect, but through other factors. The impacton the competitiveness of the corporate culture is reflected mainly from the followingthree aspects:①Through influencing the operation direction and businessdevelopment strategy at different levels, resulting in a positive impact on developmentstrategy and business performance, thereby enhancing the competitiveness;②Bymaking the employees recognized the corporate culture value system, to impact theirbehavioral and improve work efficiency, thus enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises;③By demonstrating to the outside world through the company’sbusiness philosophy and business purposes, to enhance recognition of the stakeholders(including customers, suppliers and partners, etc.), and thus improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises.Based on the analysis of “A” company, this paper discusses how to createa company culture value system in Chinese context, and how these cultures conduciveto the sustainable development of enterprise competitiveness. These findings validatethe existing theoretical research and further strengthen the credibility of the existing theoretical. Meanwhile, this paper also attempts to provide guidance for thedevelopment of enterprises.
