With the fast upgrading of the industrial structure in recent years, the modern logisticsindustry of China is rapidly growing, and the growth rate is up to more than20%everyyear. But at present most of the logistics enterprises are developed from the traditionaltransportation, warehousing enterprise, and still are in start level. Compare with thedeveloped countries, they do not have much more competitive power. Therefore, in thefierce competition of the market, how to cultivate and improve the competitive power oflogistics enterprises become the key to the problem.The theory and the practice proved that good corporate culture is the powerfulweapon in the competition, so it is also for logistics enterprises. But at present, there areabsolute part of domestic logistics industry developed detailed plans and constructions intoa high level, high cultural consciousness and outstanding enterprise culture is even few.Thus the construction of corporate culture in the logistics enterprises relatively lags behind,the competitive power of them is weak, and the development is slow.From the perspective of competitive power of the enterprise, by using the literaturemethod, case study method, in the case of ZWY Logistics Company. Through deepinvestigation, this paper is to fully describe the corporate culture of ZWY, and point outthat four problems: the present situation in the cognitive deficiency; lack of learning andinnovation; lack of systematic planning; to be People-Oriented, then put forward thecorporate culture construction principles and ideas, and points out that the enterpriseshould take the measures: recognition; full participation; develop the service; transform thelogistic procedure; realize the true “People-Oriented”; environmental reconstruction. Andensure about the leadership, system and expenditure. So as to speed up the ZWY’scorporate culture construction, promote construction effect, finally achievecomprehensively enhance the competitive power of enterprises. Of course, we hope that the thoughts, ideas and practices in this paper can produce a reference by other logisticsenterprise in corporate culture construction.
