With the globalization of markets and the increasingly fierce market competition,the competition of enterprises has risen from the previous tangible competition(such as capital,technology and products)to the intangible competition(such as intellectual property,corporate image,company culture,etc.),especially the competition of company culture.Company culture has become the core competitiveness of the company,and it is the unique symbol of the difference among other companies.Good company culture can make all staff cohesive,greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,enhance the sense of honor,and improve the efficiency of the organization.Since the 1970 s,from the beginning of the research of American scholars on Japan's cost-oriented enterprises,the research on company culture has rapidly spread with the help of a piece of fire and started to be introduced to China in the early 1980 s.After more than a decade Continuous development,the current domestic research on company culture has become a hot topic,but also emerged a group of outstanding representative of company culture.How to learn from good business thinking and success stories,the development of company culture has important practical significance.This paper takes BG company as research object,discusses the company's culture construction,and adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore the BG company's culture deeply,found four key factors of company culture,including common vision,employee management,sense of belonging and employee behavior system.And through the questionnaire survey,made statistical analysis for possible inferences and diagnosed the issues BG company faces in the area of company culture,mainly include: lack of a common vision,lack of effective management,lack a sense of belonging,lack of effective employee behavior system,and put forward the solutions to the corporate culture remolding.Aiming at the actual situation of BG company,this paper puts forward a solution that sticks to the people-oriented principle and integrates the construction of company culture and the execution of enterprise strategy through full participation,and promotes the business performance through mutual promotion.This paper studies and explores some methods and templates for the remolding of company culture from BG company to provide reference for other enterprises.
