City is the pillar of the national economy, city power grid is an important infrastructureof city, and it is also an important part of power network. After the18thmeeting ofparty, China’s urbanization process accelerating, electricity demand growth will also speedup. The construction of city power grid, which is of great significance to meet the city’seconomic development, improves people’s living standards. With oil production, chemicalindustry base construction, substitution industrial restructuring, as the oil city, Daqing Cityputs forward higher requirements, safety and reliable operation of the power grid. Howto advance prevention network security risk, safety and power grid, to ensure safe and stableoperation of power grid and puts forward a new topic to the city grid management.Through the evaluation work of Daqing city power rid safety, this paper took“national city power grid safety evaluation assessment basis”as basis, evaluated the potentialsafety problems and the weak part of Daqing city grid power and took a series of measuresfor rectification and elimination through the study of the structure of Daqing power grid.First, this paper analysized the basic situation of the city power grid and put forwardthe meaning, the scope and the main content of the safety evaluation. Then carried on therisk assessment of Daqing city power grid, point out the main existing problems and madethe strategy research of rectification.
