| In recent years, emergency has caused a great impact and loss on society and businesses, which make it attract more and more attention, the study is becoming one of the hot issues. With the development of economy, management and the globalization, the instability of supply chain has been increased, which let enterprises become more and more fragile. So company need to pay attention to emergency management of supply chain, take effective emergency management methods and organizations to diminish the impact, inspect in advance, react rapidly and reduce the damage when it is occurring, and summarize the experience afterwards.In2009, the Company A suffered a supply chain emergency that caused by the stock out of a kind of core electronic component. The emergency brought about serious influence and loss to the company. Taking this situation as an example, the thesis works as follows:1. The paper analyses the emergency of supply chain in Company A based on the theory, and the emergency measures Company A has taken. Then, we summarize the practical problems and experiences,2. Using the foreign emergency management organization for reference——ICS (Incident Command System) and CMSS (Crisis Management Shell Structure), the paper sets up the emergency management organizational structure and its duties.3. With the reference of organizational structure models of project management, we analyses and compares them, then establish the Matrix organizational structure of Company A emergency management.4. Briefly introduce the actual operation and implementation of Company A emergency management organizational structure.5. Using Expert Opinions, construct an assessment index system of Company A emergency management organization by Analytic Hierarchy Process, and compare its assessment result with the result of the original organization by Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation to illustrate its effect.The paper analyses Company A and the emergency of supply chain, and studies the emergency management organization. Then, the assessment index system is constructed to quantitatively assess the emergency management organization, and offer a conclusion by comparison. |
