Abstract/Summary:
In large, complex products supply chain network, the inevitable will happen a lot ofunexpected events such as natural disasters, accidents, disasters, emergencysocialsecurity, public health, emergency and operating on the human-inducedemergencies events. These unexpected events disrupt the normal order of production, basedon different companies to maximize their own interests to makearrangements for differentproduction strategies, which adds to the supply chain of the final product completion time ofuncertainty. Therefore, how to measure theunexpected events of supply chain delays the finalproduct as business (especially primary manufacturers) face important issues.This paper analyzes the supply chain in the type of incident, nature, and its impacton thesupply chain approach, and then analyzes the supply chain delivery processbetweenenterprises and other issues of uncertainty, and on this basis on the supply chain underthe emergency measure of the problem of delay in delivery of macroresearch ideas putforward, discussed the GERT network describes the feasibility of the supply chain networkstructure.Chapter IIIdiscusses the suppliers delivery time uncertainty, based onthe maximum-entropymodel is proposed based on the product delivery time predictionmodel. The fourthchapter in the analysis of the suppliers in emergencies that may arise afterthe occurrence of the three production strategies based on differentstrategies of thecompany corresponding to the different benefits, the establishment of mixedstrategy game model, according to the different benefits of different strategiescompanies havechosen different strategies to determine the probability.Finally, the paper GERT network for solving supply chain issues in-depth research toprove that the supply chain, simplified formula GERT network, greatly reducing the amount ofcomputation. Then this paper, a model case of commercial aircraft, theGERTnetwork, maximum entropy, game theory and other related theories together,under the supplychain of unexpected events delayed the final product measure, and the results are in-depthanalysis, this delay in delivery of products verified the feasibility and effectiveness ofthe measure model.
