Nowadays labor relations is the key relationship in society,and it is one of the most basic and important relationships in our social and economic life.It is the basic relationship within the enterprise,and it is the important influence factor to the enterprise’s survival and harmonious development. Through the studies both at home and abroad,we find that although some related studies confirmed that parts of the labor relations management has a positive influence on employees’ organizational commitment, the systematic studies were rarely,and there was nearly no related study in the hotel industry.So this is the original cause of the paper.Based on the previous studies,doing empirical research on hotel staffs to explore the labor relations management is how to effect the employees’ organizational commitment in the hotel industry. Then using the result to guide the labor relations management and the operations of hotel, it is full of important practical significance.To ensure the feasibility of the research,this paper adoptes both the quantitative and the qualitative method.On the basic of referring to the relevant literature both at home and abroad, we develop the labor relations management evaluation scale and the organizational commitment scale.Then, through the questionnaire survey,using the statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to explore the labor relations management is how to effect the employees’ organizational commitment in the hotel industry.Factor analysis by SPSS19.0 drew the following conclusions.The one is that,labor relations management for hotel consists of four dimensions,they are labor standard management, salary management and employee involvement management, social insurance and welfare management,union management and labor dispute processing. The other one is that, hotel employees’ organizational commitment consists of three dimensions, they are affective commitment,continuous commitment and normative commitment. Structural equation model by AMOS21.0 found that, in hotel industry,labor standard management has a positive influence on employees’ affective commitment and normative commitment,but it has no significant effect on employees’ continuous commitment; salary management and employee involvement management has a positive influence on employees’ affective commitment and continuous commitment, but it has no significant effect on employees’ normative commitment; social insurance and welfare management has a positive influence on employees’ affective commitment, but it has no significant effect on employees’ continuous commitment and normative commitment; union management and labor dispute processing has a positive influence on employees’ affective commitment, but it has no significant effect on employees’ continuous commitment and normative commitment.Finally, we put forward the following constructions for improving the labor relations management to enhance the employees’ organizational commitment in the hotel industry: making the labor system standarded and improving the labor standard management;strengthening the salary management and supporting employee involvement management; providing five social insurance and one housing fund according to law,and enriching the content of welfare for employees; attaching great importance to the construction of the union and handling the labor dispute properly.
