With the continuous improvement of the global industrial structure, the development of service industry and service trade not only as a measure of a country’s economic situation standards, but also the way of improving a country’s international competitiveness and international image. As a developing country, India’s economic is growing at an alarming rate. India’s services trade is the largest proportion of its foreign trade and the department gains the largest foreign exchange. Compared to trade in goods, the service trade development is extremely rapid. India’s service trade import and export volume rapid development since year1980, to2012has reached274billion U.S. dollars, accounting for the total world trade in services by3.2%. Its rapid development push factors, what are they? This article will explore the reasons from the economic and non-economic aspects of India for the development of trade in services, summarize India’s experiences and lessons learned in service trade development, find out some inspiration for China’s service trade.Text is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is introduction, analysis of the theme of the background, purpose and significance of the existing relevant literature review summarizes and evaluates the proposed framework for this study, citing innovation and inadequacies.The second chapter is a fundamental part of the article, analyzes changes in the development of trade in services in India. First, from the overall size of India’s trade in services outlined on the outline of the relevant data from the measurement of trade in services and international competitiveness index to analyze the industrial structure of trade in services in India, changes in these two areas, a representative selection of the service sector measure its development were change; followed a comprehensive summary of changes in India’s service trade development situation, evaluate its service trade development process achievements and drawbacks.The third chapter is the core part of the article, explore India’s service trade development factors. Economic factors, selected domestic services, human resources, government policies, related industries and the world’s outsourcing factors were analyzed; in non-economic factors, selected cultural and religious, caste and discrimination, international image and diplomatic analysis of the factors.Chapter four is summarize of India’s experiences and lessons learned in service trade development.Chapter five is conclusion, to summarize the main points of text and analysis implications for China.Articles on India to promote the development of trade in services is not limited to the factors of economic factors, cultural, religious, caste system and the international image and other non-economic factors are also involved, and further improve the content of trade development factors; way in the study by Index and sub-industry study to simultaneously measure the overall trade in services in India and sub-industry changes, especially for the analysis of structural changes in trade, did not confined to the Indian industries analyzed, compared to other studies in India and changing conditions of trade in services for literature more comprehensive. This paper focuses on the development of India’s trade in services factors affecting research on this issue often requires multi-disciplinary knowledge, the authors analyzed the limited capacity and can only speculate the evolution of the use of the phenomenon of motivation, making a comprehensive analysis is not accurate enough, while India’s service trade development the performance of this additional issue was also not discussed in depth.
