Analysis Of China’s New Industrialization Measure

After stepping into the medium-term development stage of in dustrialization our country’s industrialization strategy choice is facing new challenges,China in information age urgently needs the new road which can keep up the pace.New Industrialization is the only way for the current industrial development.In this case,analyzing the new industrialization measuring indicators,summing up the new industrialization,and analyzing the problems of new industrialization,taking full advantage of the role of industrial innovation in promoting new industrialization in various regions of China,are undoubtedly of great significance for promoting the development and transition of industries and the overall new industrialization aiming at building a moderately prosperous society.Firstly, this paper starts from the connotation and characteristics of new industrialization, and then discusses the new features of new industrialization.Through contrast between traditional and new industrialization,points out that traditional industries have machinery, heavy industrialization,expendable,intermittent,pollution technology,object oriented,dualistic and other characteristics,while new industrialization has information technology industry, transformation,service oriented,profitability,cycling,ecological,human,integration and other characteristics,clarifying the different characteristics of industry between traditional and new industrial road.On this basis,we propose a new type of new industrialization measurement indicators, grasping from four angles,namely,scale measure of new industrialization including information and integration;profitability measure of new industrialization including profitability and human nature;structural measure of new industrialization including service; transformative measure of new industrialization including invert,cycling and ecologic.Then this paper measures these indicators of new industrialization of developed regions,old industrial cities and underdeveloped regions,deeply analyzes each area’s new industrialization index data,depending on which analyzes the problems in the new industrialization of areas in different level and then tries to put forward the adjustment approaches for developing the process of new industrialization.
