A Study On The Select Of Innovation Mode In The Stage Of Industrialization

In today's rapid development of technology and economy,technical innovation is the fundamental source of economic development and technical level improvement.Different industrialization stages have different choices of innovation modes,precise positioning,appropriate choosing innovation and development mode plays an extremely vital role to promote the rapid development of industrialization stages and upgrade of technical level.A correct innovation mode will be conducive to the success of technological innovation breakthrough,to promote the rapid development and scale expansion of enterprises,also to promote technical progress of the whole society.Based on the different industrialization development stages in China,this paper has carried on the research of the innovation mode selection.On the basis of the theory of industrialization stage and the select of innovation mode,this paper firstly divides the industrialization stage from 1995 to 2014,which is divided into four stages: the early stage of industrialization,the first half of the industrialization,the second half of the industrialization and the later stage of industrialization.At present,our country is in the later stages of industrialization,at the same time we also made a judgment of the industrial development level on the current provinces and municipalities and autonomous regions of China.The results show that all provinces have entered the middle of the industrialization and higher stage;Then,based on the panel data of 29 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China(except Hainan and Tibet),four regression models were established to confirmatory study the innovation mode of different industrialization stages.Finally,on the basis of the human capital level,this paper studies the "threshold" effect of human capital independent innovation from 2002 to 2014 by the method of extreme value of linear regression function,which is to determine when we can fully carry out independent innovation.The results show that: in the early stage of industrialization,the economy was backward,there were advantages,but the technology digestion and absorption capacity is not good enough at this stage,we should choose the mode of technical imitation to promote economic development and technological progress;In the first half of the industrialization,we should give priority to imitation innovation and combine independent innovation with cooperative innovation;in the second half of the medium-term industrialization,cooperation should be the main innovation,pay more attention to the construction of high-level talent steadily progress independent innovation.In the later stage of industrialization,it has reached the conditions of comprehensive innovation mode,so it should choose the mode of independent innovation to promote the economic development and the technical level improvement.Meanwhile,at present,due to the inconsistency of the current economic development level and development stage in different regions,there are many differences exist.Thus,in different stages of industrialization should choose the corresponding stage of industrialization innovation mode.Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward four policy suggestions for the selection of innovation mode in the industrialization stage.
