The Research On Cultivation Problems Of New Peasants In Hengyang

New farmers is the main and basic force of the new rural construction, the comprehensive quality of farmers decided the process of new rural construction,(to speed up the training of culture, technology, good management, stressing civilization, obeying the law of new farmers, give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative, is the goal of new socialist countryside construction and urgent requirements.) This article is in this context, on the basis of the analysis of field survey and data, combined with the actual situation in Hengyang City, in-depth research on cultivating new farmers in Hengyang.First, this paper defines the basic content of new peasants that the new peasants should have a high knowledge quality, good ideological and moral quality,high quality of science and technology, strong management qualities and good health.And illustrate the theoretical basis, characteristics and necessity which nurturing new peasants based on.Secondly, through the field survey and data analysis about cultivation of new peasants in Hengyang to understand peasants qualities including knowledge quality, ideological and moral quality,quality of science and technology,strong management qualities and so on. Then study the problems in the cultivation of new peasants Hengyang.Finally, according to the actual situation and information, combined with the situation in Hengyang City, this paper brings forward some solved methods and measures:strengthen and improve rural education, raise the level of scientific and cultural knowledge of peasants;intensify the efforts on the training, increase their professional quality and work skills; actively guide farmers to form the concept of the market,improve the management level of farmers; advance the spiritual civilization construction in the countryside and raise the rural social security level.By presenting these counter measures to provide policy reference of strengthen the nurturing of new farmers in Hengyang.
