| As the basis of modernization and industrialization for agriculture, agriculture science service system plays a significant role in the advancement of agricultural economy. It is also one of the important approaches to the three rural issues. The system in our country has undergone constant development since1949, dramatically promoting the agricultural economy. The current agriculture science service system, however, remains the same so that it couldn’t adapt for the system and mechanism of agriculture development,which indicates that new agriculture science service system is required. Meanwhile great changes have taken place in the procedure of how to establish a efficient agriculture science service system, leading to the collapse of national technology promotion team. In conclusion, how to construct county agriculture science service system that most well-matched agricultural modernization and technological innovation is an unavoidable topic.The thesis summarizes county agriculture science service system construction experience based on the empirical analysis of that in USA, Japan, Israel and other countries. Combined practicing experience in Yuanjiang (a county in Hunan,China)and some problems occurred, new constructing ways and targets of agriculture science service system are proposed, tnamely,four demensions mode of agriculture science service system.Additional measures to complement this new system include straightening out administrative systems, innovating agricultural promoting mechanisms, increasing investment in agricultural technology service, enhancing agricultural science and technology service workers. |
