Research On The Optimization Of Science And Technology Service Pattern Of Agricultural University

To promote the efficient output of modern agriculture, develop rural enterprise, increase farmers’incomes, the only choice is to accelerate agricultural transformation of scientific and technological achievements as well as the use and absorption of scientific and technological achievements. For years, our country makes great achievement in agricultural scientific research, but how to make these achievements to serve the agricultural production, there still exist a lot of problems, including science and technology service does not reach the designated position is one of the problem, also the main aspect.Regarding the agricultural colleges and universities as the research subject, this study first defined the main content and significance of science and technology service pattern, according to the domestic and foreign research present situation, this thesis integrated the use of various agricultural development theories to provide theoretical support for optimizing the agricultural science and technology service pattern in university, use the excellent operating mode of agricultural science and technology at home and abroad for reference; this thesis started the study from many aspects of science and technology service in agricultural university, including the strengths and weaknesses of the resources, the environment and achievements in scientific research, as well as its opportunities and challenges, indicate the agricultural colleges and universities should maximize their own advantages and minimize the external threat, then integrate all the required elements of the service system of science and technology in agriculture to build science and technology service pattern.Through the system analysis and discussion, this study established the main contents of the service mode of science and technology, put forward the optimized strategy of science and technology service in agricultural university, this thesis think we should start from the aspects of agricultural colleges and universities, the people’s governments at various levels, farmers and agricultural economic organizations at the grass-roots level, change the concept of development, improve the knowledge of science and technology service, build the service idea of responsibility, integrate various resources, orient the market, aimed at national and social needs, transform the development mechanism, activate the pattern, introduce capital, optimize the investment environment; strengthen the Sense of participation of social and agricultural colleges and universities and serve the rural areas actively, etc.
