With China’s accession to the world trade organization, and the world economic integration pattern appear, leading to the international and domestic market environment and the policy environment produced very big change, these changes on the one hand to our country private enterprise to bring the development opportunities, on the other hand also to the development of private enterprise put forward severe challenges.2008financial crisis on China’s import and export trade has brought the influence of different level, for the private enterprise to bring the impact especially serious, from2011bottom spread to present the debt crisis, to the original is in recovery stage of private enterprises and bring a heavy blow, causing a lot of small and medium-sized private enterprises have to the closure. So, for the private enterprises want to in the global economy under the condition of the sag in the future to realize sustainable development and improve the competitiveness, enterprise system innovation and change is too impatient to wait the problems need to be solved.This paper mainly from H enterprise internal institutional arrangement analysis of the enterprise system problems, and explores the system innovation method, hope I can for the enterprise’s sustainable development has a certain help.
