Huaian’s economy has greatly developed since China carried out open-up policy more than30years ago, which leads to an increasing demand of domestic electrical appliances. At the same time, the number of abandoned appliances has been rocketing as a result of that. As we know, there are the mass harmful materials in electrical appliances which will devastate our environment without improperly imposed. However, abandoned electrical appliances also contain some economic and recyclable materials. So it is profitable for us to reuse them by scientific methods. We will benefit from the network of abandoned appliance adverse logistics economically and environmentally.The thesis firstly carries a research on the literature about the adverse worn-out household appliance logistics. Based on the comprehending of the theories and practice of the abandoned adverse logistics, we elaborate the present situation of the junk market of Huaian, analyzing not only the current status and problems but also the influencing factors and construction principles and so on. Then the paper analyses the structure of the worn-out appliance adverse logistics especially takes a research on the operating patterns, comprehensive plans and the performance characteristics of the joint of framework facilities. This thesis lays foundation on the analysis of the identity and network structure of worn-out household appliance in allusion to Huaian. Based on the precondition of uncertainty of recycling magnitude of the worn-out appliance, this paper constructs a distribution network aimed at TV, refrigerator, washing machine, home air-conditioner and computer. The main joint framework involves recovery point, storage node, disassembly and disposal factory and distributing market. This paper exercises mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) to establish corresponding pattern and applies the LINGO software to come to a conclusion of the location of the disassembly and disposal factory. This model takes the maximum of expected revenue as its objective and makes proposals to gathering and disposing of worn-out appliance. The thesis confirms the reasonability of the pre-existing recovery and disposal factory’ location and restructure Huaian’s disordered worn-out appliance recycling market. Based on the prediction of Huaian’s future number of abandoned appliances, the paper makes a conclusion that Huaian’s new recovery and disposal factory should be located in Jinhu County. Meanwhile, some relevant policies are also given in the last part of the thesis.
