In recent years, with accelerated development of economic globalization and integration, international division of labor develop towards the industry chain. Suppliers, manufacturers, distributors made the complete supply chain. With the profound impact of the financial crisis, the country’s economic life have a huge exchange, bank credit models are constantly changing, the traditional credit business models have been unable to meet the growing demand for financing, banks are more likely dealing with a real trading background than any time in the trade finance business, therefore, supply chain finance came into business. As an emerging business, supply chain finance can control there risk for Bank while bringing stable income, it can also supporting the real economy, improving the efficiency of liquidity for core enterprises at the same time, solve the problem of enterprises’financing difficulties, thus banks or even Government focused on developing strategic of financial products.This paper study the background, pattern and meaning of supply chain finance system, and mainly deal with the mode of operation of supply chain finance with a bank angle. J Bank established as a city commercial bank, for example, most urgently is to increase business volume and market, thus speeding up the supply chain financial services is imminent. To achieve the functioning of the supply chain finance, summing up supply chain financing on the basis of individual banks, we also requires a combination of actual case. This paper give a specific design on J bank’s supply chain finance models, and use actual cases to substitute, and analysis brancheT’s earnings of this credit, study the implementation of risk, and give some references of own recommendations.
