The Research On Our Country Scenic Area Management System

According to Chinese Regulations of Scenic Area, scenic area refer to the place which has viewing value, cultural or study value, centralize natural landscape, culture landscape, can be for sightseeing, scientific and cultural activities. Scenic spots are the combination of some natural and cultural heritage resources that are both unique and rare in a country. They usually possess the value that people can never evaluate exactly. Our basic working rule is:strict protection, uniform management, moderate exploitation, and continuous usage. The establishment and the development of scenic spot and its management have their unique historical background. Along with the development of our national economy and the setting up of market economic system, many drawbacks and shortcomings that are inadequate with the times are exposed in the managerial system of scenic spot. So the reformation of the present administration system of places of scenery and interests is extremely urgent.Being the first case as the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and national scenic attraction， Mount Lu must be equipped with the management system mechanism corresponding to its position. This paper analyzed the present condition of the management system in the scenic area, pointed out the problems existing in it. After theoretically analyzing the features of the scenic areas and drawing lessons from abroad, this paper put up with the basic blueprint to reform the management system of the scenic area of Mount.u. This thesis is based on the analysis of the management problems in Mount Lu, showing some new ideas on how to find a suitable way out to develop Chinese scenic spots.
