Since1990s, China economy have been a much development and achievement, but nowadays the marketing competition become more and more intensive, competition let companies pursuing the higher target in refined management, job training becomes a more and more important role in the development of a whole company. At present, H-company is also urgent in needing a set of job training system for the development. It is significant to guide the company’s job training.This paper is start from company’s development and job training requirements, described related theories and methods of job training, combined with actual work and by interviewed and questionnaire, the company’s job training status has been cleared. We clarified the problems with their reasons of H-company in job training by use learning organization theory and social learning theory. Base on the factors of H-company’s job training problems, the main method of job training and some good method of big companies, we constructed the job training system of H-company by using the theory of learning organization and knowledge management and sharing method, it is including training requirements analysis, training plans, running plan and training evaluation. We put forward the guarantee of job training and improvement suggestions by running the constructed training model, using the knowledge creation theory. Practice has proved this training system is a guide to actual job training of H-company.
