The consumers’ attitude to the other countries’ products has always been an important problem in the field of international marketing. With the development of economic globalization, the developing countries’ products also have been involved in the global competition. Therefore, knowing about the impression of other countries’ consumers to own products becomes an important research topic. The impression of the consumers affected by the products’ quality and price.But, the country’s image is an influence product outside impression important factor that will have a direct impact on consumers’ overall impression of the product. This study is about the country’s image and product image, how it affects the relationship between the impression of consumer products research. Furthermore help to improve consumer product impressions and purchase intention, thus helping enterprises to improve competitiveness in the international arena.This thesis research China’s national image and Chinese products overall impression of the relationship and how it affects consumers Laos impression of Chinese products. According the result of the country’s image, scholars have found that usually affects the image of the country the impression of consumer products. Therefore, whether the impact of China’s national image of Chinese products Laos consumers the impression that it is this study important issues that require authentication. In addition to academics, the country’s image effect will be the consumer’s personal adjustment factor which is studied another issue that requires authentication.Consider about the following problems, we first study to define all relevant theories, through the extensive literature review. This study model was constructed based on literature and research model hypothesis. In order to propose a model for this study and hypotheses, we use empirical research method, using the questionnaire survey to collect information on the collected data, statistical tests, and then through SPS Statistics statistical software for data analysis in order to verify the proposed model and the assumptions established. The conclusion will be more future research prospects according to the final analysis.After research and analysis, study results showed that:(1) Chinese national population, national economy, national culture, national social welfare’s image and relations to Laos impression consumer products have a significant effect.(2) the role of China’s national image is generated, Laos factors on the Chinese consumer’s personal impression of the product is also significant regulatory role.
