Hydropower as the important power resource in human’s modernize life andindustrial manufacture, with deep reform of our hydropower system, under thecompete of heat-engine, nuclear power, wind power, Fengtan hydropower station is anon-independent accounting station, the price is determined by country, so that if youwant to improve efficient performance you should through cost, hydropower station’scost management anfractuosity, only through market-oriented, perfecting costmanagement from in and out, attracting talent reasonable, carrying out comprehensivebudget management，adopting modern computer techniqu（esuch as ERP）, can controlcost effectively. This thesis is under such a background through internal control toresearch Fengtan hydropower station’s cost management, have a fixed theory meaningand important actual value.Under the background of competitive market,regarding the theory of internalcontrol and cost management as the instruction, this paper analyses FengtanHydropower station’s cost management and puts forward how to complete firm’s costmanagement viewed from the internal control. Fengtan hydropower station is one ofthe third hydropower in Hunan. This paper gives a specific analyses of the presentcost management structure and operation of Fengtan Hydropower station, proposesbuilding integral cost management structure to strict execution of specific accountingtreatment process. This paper gives some advice from the aspects of mechanism ofcost management, personel quality training, implement of cost budgeting, completingthe treatment of cost account and development of assistant decision-makingsystem.Based on the physical truth of Fengtan Hydropower station, so as to achieveoptimization of hydropower station’s cost management from the aspect ofconstruction and implementation of internal control, complete cost managementsystem, to improve operating efficiencies and effects.
