Research On Constraints Analysis And Countermeasures Of Qinghuangdao City’s Eco-Agriculture Development

With the development of economy and society, the destruction of ecological environmentand the environmental pollution have become increasingly severe, leading to an increasingnumber of unqualified agricultural products. On this occasion, the eco-agriculture model mustbe adopted to realize sustainable development in agriculture, which can not only enhance thequality of agricultural products, but also reinforce the coordination of agricultural andeconomic development. On the basis of comparing and analyzing domestic and foreignresearch situation and basic theories of eco-agriculture, this paper has found out the positionof Chinese eco-agriculture in this field around the world. According to the facts of Chineseeco-agriculture, a new local-oriented and regional eco-agriculture model has been explored inthe paper, which not only conforms to the requirements of developing eco-friendly society,but also adapts to the idea of sustainable development. In conclusion, to achieve thesustainable development in agriculture, it is inevitable to study the restraints ofeco-agriculture development, and eventually, figure out the approach to avoid those factors.Hebei Province is a large agricultural province in the country, and Qinghuangdao City, asone of the typical cereal export bases in Hebei, has greatly contributed to Hebei’s agriculture.Based on analyzing Chinese and foreign researches on eco-agriculture and the eco-agriculturetheory, this paper has further analyzed eco-agriculture developing situation in QinghuangdaoCity and studied its major problems and restraints. According to the paper, recently,Qinghuangdao City’s eco-agriculture possesses such defects as the overuse of pesticide, theenvironmental contamination, the agricultural plastic pollution, illegal emissions of industrialsewage and directly irrigating of domestic sewage, etc. From the angle of sustainableeco-agriculture and combining with the facts of Qinghuangdao City, this paper has come upwith some feasible strategies for the development of Qinghuangdao City’s eco-agriculture,including accelerating the construction of the ecological law and related rules, improving theresearch and spread of new eco-agriculture technologies, carrying out a nationwide educatingplan on environmental protection, enhancing the farmer’s awareness of cleaner production and popularizing the cleaner production technology. Hopefully, all of these strategies wouldhelp the development of Qinghuangdao City’s eco-agriculture.
