Study On Overseas Manufacturing And Operating Mode Of China Micro-car Enterprises

As a modern industry in close industrial relation, high price elasticity of demand and income, significant economies of scale and intensive capital and technology, automobile industry becomes one of the pillar industries in national economy, pulling the development of economy around the whole country. Over the past more than50years, auto market and industry have been developing day by day. As the economic globalization is going deeper, and the economic development of all countries are becoming more and more open, Chinese auto industry, a typical global industry, has been increased incorporated into global automobile market from the perspective of integrity of industry chain structure or enterprises participated in market competition in all levels. At present, with an output of19.2718million and sales of19.3064million, increasing by4.6%and4.3%respectively year on year, Chinese auto industry has entered a period with the healthiest development in history. Chinese car enterprise internationalization operation also transforms from export to the new management overseas such as the transnational merger and acquisition, and factories overseas. Auto industry, and marketing overseas help to improve industrial competitiveness, reduce the cost of industrial structure adjustment, increase the social welfare, and set up its international brand image, eventually obtain a larger development space. In a word, the development of China’s automobile industry depends on the world.Based on the above background, this article studies the present literature status at home and abroad, utilizes international direct investment theory, the enterprise internationalization growth theory and overseas manufacturing operation practice, and focuses on the following questions:(1) Determine the basic framework of automobile enterprises overseas manufacturing operations;(2) Summarize and analyze the overseas manufacturing operation mode of some Chinese micro-automobile enterprises in details; (3) Focus on SGMW overseas manufacturing operation mode in India, so provide the interesting references for other automobile enterprises overseas manufacturing activities;(4) Propose the optimization schemes of present problems in view of micro-automobile industry development status.The completion of this paper contributes to improve the comprehensive ability of overseas manufacturing operation of the micro-automobile industry of our country, enhance the international competitiveness and the brand influence of the domestic micro-automobile industry, and promote the internationalization of micro-automobile industry of China.
