Talents are the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also the core of the competition among enterprises. Firstly, companies should be good human resource management and employee recruitment system to recruit talents, staff recruitment system for enterprise development has important strategic significance. TL company as a rising star in the real estate industry, in spite of10years of development has made great achievements, ranked among the top100real estate companies, but in staff recruitment system, there are still many deficiencies. Therefore, how to optimize the design staff recruitment system and improve the efficiency of the company recruitment become TL company major problems to be solved.This article based on staff recruitment systems theory and related research literature to optimize the design the TL’s staff recruitment system. On the basis of the further study of TL company staff recruitment system status quo, this paper argues that TL company staff recruitment system exists recruitment organization is not in place, recruitment plan is not mature, recruitment channels is not wide, the selection method is not scientific, hiring tracking is not perfect, and recruitment evaluation is not systematic. These problems not only increases the TL’s staff recruitment costs, but also affect the company’s long-term development. Based on the status quo of TL company staff recruitment system and the existing problems, this paper presents TL recruitment system optimization design of the main contents include:optimizing the recruitment process, strengthen job analysis, expand recruitment channels, Increase the propaganda, rich selection tools, specification selection methods, and strengthen recruitment tracking, attention to assessment evaluation, improve recruitment assessments and improve recruitment efficiency. On this basis, this article from strengthen concept of recruitment system construction, improve the personnel department management level, strengthen corporate culture construction and improve the management system, proposed the relevant measures to guarantee TL staff recruitment effectively. Through the optimize the design to TL’s staff recruitment system, on the one hand help to enrich the research literature, on the other hand can provide a useful reference work to improve the TL staff recruitment, so it could improve TL company recruitment efficiency and enhance the level of development.
