Shenyang Ruidong Decoration Engineering Co. Ltd is a new enterprise specialized engaged in blacksmith design, research, manufacture and installation. After the first two years’ development, the business scope has been expanded to many cities in Liaoning Province. At the same time, it has owned itself maturity’s sale market and a perfect client net work. At present, there are two serious problems making the entrepreneurs upset:one is that as the real estate developers are the enterprise’s main client, the real estate market is continuously weaken, so enterprise’s profit and development have been all seriously influenced; the other one is that as the market price of artificial rising, whether the enterprise should improve the traditional production process or not, and whether should use new process to reduce the production cost. However, it provided an opportunity for the enterprise to know itself and develop new entrepreneurial opportunity. Therefore, studying on the enterprise’s opportunity identification is an urgent mission. And after choosing the appropriate opportunity, to develop a reasonable and efficient strategy policy is very important and significant for the enterprise’s existing on market and development.In this thesis, using the theory of entrepreneurial opportunity’s management and identification, regarding to Shenyang Ruidong Decoration Engineering Co. Ltd as a researched object, the thesis studied on entrepreneurial opportunity’s evaluation, choosing and strategies in detail. First, mastered the enterprise’s basic situation, development, pressures and opportunities; Second, used SWOT analysis to conclude the enterprise’s strength, weakness, opportunity and threat; Third, by a large amount of investigation, the entrepreneurial opportunity’s evaluation data was collected, then the entrepreneurial opportunity’s value evaluation model was established by SEM, which can be used to objectively evaluate opportunity’s effectiveness and make decision; Finally, according to the opportunity, some strategies were put forward.What we have gained from this research will visually present the process of opportunity identification and provide useful reference for the entrepreneurial enterprise to develop.
