With the rapid change of the enterprise business environment, many companies eliminate lonely island of information, speed up the business operation and establish a chain of integrated business model through setting up the information system. Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the fast and changeable market environment, the enterprise will also need the implementation of information project to be quick and good, which is the same as the project implementation of other domain. Therefore, under the premise of meeting the system function and project quality, the study of project management is particularly important for achieving the project objective fully.In this thesis, a in-depth analytical study is carried out for e*logistics project deferment case of S elevator Ltd., combining basic theories and methods of project management, respectively from the three views of project organization management, project communication management and project schedule management. Mainly the three management issues are found. Issue1:The three factors of project organization, project team and top management result in the deficiency of project organization management; Issue2:The three factors of organization level, project manager, and communication mode cause the lack of project communication management; Issue3:The project schedule management is unscientific in three links of program, control and overtime work.Finally, for solving the issue of organization management, how to strengthen the project team building is raised; for solving the issue of communication management, how to push the project communication strategy is raised; for solving the issue of schedule management, how to introduce the CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) schedule management model is raised.
