The Research On Key Success Factors Of High-tec Enterprises’ Corporate Entrepreneurship

As the presence of the knowledge economy，high and new-technology industry hasbecome one of the most vital elements to judge the comprehensive economic strength of acertain country or an area，the development of which also plays the key role in thecombination of technology and economy and the promotion of recently emergent industries sothat the economy can truly enjoy a quick success. In spite of the quick development of therecently emergent industries，they still face some bottlenecks such as low technologicalcontent，inability to be creative，difficulty in finance，which have gradually become anobstacle for them. At the same time，as an entrepreneurship staying on the structure level，company entrepreneurship has increasingly become the answer to breaking these bottlenecks，refreshing the energy of a corporation and reinforcing its development. Based on this，thisarticle is going to start with corporate entrepreneurship，using the analysis of key facters thatlead to the success in recently emergent industries entrepreneurship，putting forward someuseful suggestions to guarantee recently emergent industries to undertake entrepreneurshipsmoothly.Firstly，by organizing some correlative materials from documents about the connotation，the latitude and the factors of corporate entrepreneurship，by combining with the previousstudy of theoretical model about the corporate entrepreneurship，and based on the actualsituation of high technology enterprises，a high technology enterprises’corporateentrepreneurship impact factor index system is built in this paper，which includes the externalenvironment，opportunities intake，the level of entrepreneurial teams，the organizationatmosphere and entrepreneurship resource.Secondly，On this basis，basic assumptions aregiven and the high technology enterprises’corporate entrepreneurship impact factor structuralequation model is established. On the foundation of a questionnaire survey of the TianjinHuayuan Industrial Park of the high technology enterprises，the statistical software SPSS17.0and LISREL8.70 were used to analyze the investigation results，in order to discuss therelationship between the different variables，verify and analyze the research model anddetermine the key success factors of corporate entrepreneurship.Finally，according to the casestudy and the critical success factors obtained，this paper puts forward suggestions on how toenhance the entrepreneurial teams，assure adequate business resources and construct a goodorganization atmosphere，thus promoting the level of high technology enterprises’corporateentrepreneurship.
