Case Study On The Communication Skills Of The SD Project Land Requisition

With the rapid development of China’s economy， the land used for constructionincreased year by year. The growing market economy consciousness and legal notion leads tomore and more difficult to carry out land requisition， sometimes even cause socialcontradictions. Therefore， we need to research and inductive the communication skills inland requisition.Paper choose a major infrastructure projects in the power industry-SD project landrequisition as the research object， through the case study method， using the managementcommunication theory， analysis out the reason some workers low efficiency in landrequisition， and sum up the important methods of the land requisition communication: firstof all must have the object communication oriented strategy; Secondly， must have a flexibleway of communication， for different departments or professional， should adopt differentways to communicate.As a comparison， the paper provides a more successful case. Through the upward，parallel， downward communication， further summarizes the effective communicationshould have three points: one is the correct communication strategy. using the transpositionconsideration can make the communication more persuasive. Second， using a variety ofcommunication to consolidate and strengthen the positive result. But there are many aspects need to be improved， such as notenough law application， the applicability of the method is universal.
