However, in the agricultural insurance business, due to the development of agricultural insurance policy environment is poor, farmers on agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance insufficient effective demand effective supply shortage problems faced, Henan Agricultural insurance is difficult to obtain long-term development.To solve these problems, this paper analyzes the existing agricultural insurance system mode operation of the existing contradictions and problems, and learn from the agricultural insurance business model development and experience in the use of standardized analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination approach, combined with theory of public goods, institutional change theory and state intervention in the market mechanism theory, analysis of the problems of Henan agricultural Insurance and deep-seated reasons: First, the development of agricultural insurance policy environment is poor, two farmers on agricultural insurance is a lack of effective demand, Third, the lack of effective supply of agricultural insurance dilemma facing. Based on this, Henan agricultural insurance business model for the overall framework to be reconstructed, the framework through which the reinsurance mechanism design of the system, the market operation mechanism, risk management mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanisms, and information asymmetry avoidance mechanism to try to resolve.
