Today human resources are important and essential factors in the enterprises’ development, career management as the hot and difficult spot of the human resource management, is also one of the keys, can play a positive role to the development of human resources. Through the study of the career management of employees, and balance the needs of the organization and the needs of the staff development. Dynamically organizations and individuals can become mutually beneficial symbiosis, coordinated development. The combination of the requirements of the organization with the development of the individual, is the important means for the enterprise to improve competitive advantage and to keep sustainable development. In the face of the fierce competition in the market economy at home and abroad, many Chinese enterprises have gradually realized the importance of career management. So for the enterprises, career management is of great significance.This paper adopts the research methods of theoretical study and empirical analysis, according to the thought of introducing the question, analyzing the question, solving the problem, explore the career management of the company. First this paper introduces the basic concepts and theoretical connotation of career management, career, personal career management, organizational career management and the main methods of career management. And then briefly introduces present situation of the human resources of the company, through the analysis of the present situation of career management of the company staff, points out the existing problems and the necessity of the implementation of career management. According to the theories of career management, on the basis of the combination with the company’s practical situation, the staff can be divided into three large categories--technical, management, technical workers-which separately organized career design, and on this basis to build the system of career management of the company. Finally, put forward the safeguard measures of career management system.At present the company has not yet established a systematic and practical system of career management, this paper hope through the study of relevant career management at home and abroad for reference, the theories and practical experiences we can build the career management system for the company, which can improve employees’ sense of belonging and satisfaction to the enterprise,, improve the staffs work enthusiasm, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and employees, achieve a win-win situation.
