Human Resources are a company’s most valuable resource. If we made full use of them, they would help companies achieve rapid development and achieve corporate strategic goals. The Salary Administration determines the success or failure of Human Resource Management. The Total Rewards Strategy in this thesis as a latest new achievement contains a wealth of content, it will meet the different needs of employees, will become a solution to the problem of high staff turnover, will promote sustainable development of enterprises, will ensure the achievement of the corporate strategic goals.Firstly, the author introduced the concept of compensation and Total Rewards Strategy. Secondly, it made an overview of call center’s industry characteristics, and analyzed the basic situation of S call center, including Human Resources and Salary Administration. On this basis, according to the Total Rewards Strategy, it made full preparations for designing the new system from job settings, job analysis and job evaluation. Finally, by using the relevant theoretical knowledge, it designed the Total Rewards Strategy of S call center, including Compensation, Benefits, Work-Life, Performance&Recognition and Development&Career Opportunities. And it made a suggestion for implementation considerations.Through this thesis, the author wished to use the foreign advanced theories, in order to explore the feasibility of solving specific and practical issues, to help China’s call center industry to improve the level of Human Resource Management and Salary Administration. The author also hoped to find a way to improve the management level of Human Resources and Salary of similar industries with S call center, and made some contribution for Total Rewards Strategy applied in China.
