In this paper, the author combined the theory system of agricultural industrialization, the actual situation of Honghu, analyzed the current situation of the development of agricultural industrialization of Honghu city and the existing problems, Then according to the natural environment, Honghu City Technical conditions, policy environment, agricultural product supply situation, the development of agricultural industrialization in the area of ideas, principles and objectives were established, which provided the corresponding countermeasures for the development of agricultural industrialization in the city.In this paper, through the investigation, we found that the development of agricultural industrialization in Honghu city had various forms of organization, management, production and marketing of flexible; leading enterprises had greater development, strong drive ability; the degree of organization of farmers continued to improve, to speed up the circulation market construction, characteristics of effective agricultural production base construction significantly. But there were also some leading enterprises processing agricultural products, small scale, low grade, quality brand was little, benefit coupling mechanism was not perfect, unstable operation; financing; credit tightening, the scale of operation was not effectively guaranteed etc, which restricted the further development of agricultural industrialization in Honghu city.Combined with the favorable conditions of Honghu City, in this paper, the specific ideas of the development of agricultural industrialization of the city were put forward, such as strengthen the characteristics of agricultural products, optimized he product structure, improved the added value of the products; strengthen the construction of agricultural professional market; improved the degree of organization of fanrmers to enter the market. Meanwhile while guided by the market, took the science and technology innovation, the key breakthrough, the sustainable development as principle, the construction of base plate industry in Honghu city to adopt standardization construction was determined. The emphasis on brand strategy; fast specification of specialized cooperative organizations; favorable conditions for investment, promote agricultural products processing park "garden" project; target to take various measures to support all kinds of agricultural industrialization organization further development. Aiming at the problems existing in industrialization, we put forward countermeasures such as supporting the leading enterprises and enhancing the connection strength and farmers; to create excellent brand, to promote agricultural industrialization staying power; a sound mechanism, implement the responsibility, for the rapid development of the industrialization of agriculture to create conditions and so on.
