Price Strategy For Car Rental Closed-loop Supply Chain Basing On Logistics Bank

With the continuous development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the favorable external environment for the development of the car rental industry has shown that China’s car rental market has the huge development potential.The traditional research of car rental is mainly from the perspective of industrial organization theory and yield management, neglecting researches on funding levels. And in practice, financing and settlement of transactions are often becoming the deciding factor of outcome of the negotiations. Therefore, the introduction of Logistic Bank into the car rental closed-loop supply chain, and explore the collaborative optimization research of funding and operation on the closed-loop supply chain, have a certain degree of theoretical significance.This paper utilizes game theory, economies and principles of management and other relative knowledge to analyze the car rental closed-loop supply chain. On the base of introducing Logistic Bank and game theory and supply chain relative theory, the thesis studied on the price strategy of the car rental closed-loop supply chain. The paper proposed different price strategy model assuming that the financing needs of the car rental business, the financing needs of the car maker and the financing needs of both, and it analyzes the model using game theory. The car maker and the car rental business share the system’s benefits by establishing an appropriate coordination mechanism. At last, it makes a numerical example to verify the model.The results show that Logistics Bank involved in car rental closed-loop supply chain is necessary and is an urgent need of the social situations. The car rental closed-loop supply chain management basing on Logistics Bank will make car rental industry and even automobile industry have a new future.
