Research Of Electric Vehicle Batteries Rental Shops' Inventory Based On Closed Loop Supply Chain

Nowadays, faced with the growing shortage of energy the promotion of electric vehicles not only can effectively alleviate the car on non-renewable energy dependence, but also can reduce damage to the environment. Battery rental mode can enhance the endurance capacity of the electric vehicles. In the result, the research on the inventory of the battery rental shops is very important.Through literature review, the dissertation focuses on the inventory of the battery rental shops based on the closed loop supply chain, SCOR model and inventory control theory. There are many innovations in this dissertation as stated below:First, this dissertation summarizes the sort of battery charge modes and makes a review on the related fields; Then, this dissertation analyzes the operational processes of the battery rental shops based on the closed loop supply chain theories, this laid the foundation for inventory control; Third, through the EOQ model analyzes the factors of the inventory of the battery rental shops, then establishes the inventory control model according to this, makes profit maximization as the objective function to contain inventory; Last, ignoring the situation of out of stock, this dissertation makes a numerical example, the results tell that the initial inventory of a battery rental shop only relates with the breakage rate of the battery return and the requirement of the consumers during unit period. The profit of the shop has relation with the rent of batteries, charge cost, repair cost, inventory cost, and the breakage rate of the battery return, the requirement of the consumers during unit period.In addition, there are 10 figures and 8 tables in the dissertation.
