Research On Logistics Outsourcing Of Home Appliance Retailing Industries In The Environment Of E-commerce

Home appliance industry has entered the era of "little profit" in the increasingly competitive market, many household electrical appliance enterprises are trying to seek a breakthrough in the "third profit source" of logistics, and the rapid development of e-commerce is bringing new challenges for the traditional business model of home appliance as well as logistics capabilities. Based on the e-commerce environment, the thesis mainly discusses the problem of logistics outsourcing in appliance retailing industries under the environment of e-commerce.The thesis is mainly focusing on the problem of logistics outsourcing decision analysis and the selection issues of logistics service providers in home appliance retailing industries under the environment of e-commerce. First of all, the thesis analyzes the connection between logistics operations and core business, discusses the matching degree of home appliance retailing industries and the TPL market, as well as studies on the selection problem of logistics outsourcing model. After that, the thesis build the the evaluation index system of home appliance retailing logistics service providers in the e-commerce environment, and then uses BP neural network model for evaluation and selection of logistics service providers, and the BP neural network model evaluation method is accomplished by using MATLAB software. At last, the thesis also studies on the tracking and management of the home appliance retailers’logistics service providers under the environment of e-commerce.The thesis combined theoretical research with empirical studies, using both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods. A variety of mathematical model theories are used in the thesis to solve the decision-making problems of enterprise logistics outsourcing, such as AHP-GRAP Method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, AFIP-TOPSIS Method, to study the selection issues logistics service provider in-depth, what’s more, empirical analysis are used to demonstrate the valid operability and replicability of the model.
