Due to the rapid development of the current domestic real estate market, real estate industry is becoming more unpredictable, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In recent years, it is because of the change of international market economy environment and the influence of national macro policy. The real estate industry has also encountered unprecedented rib, the domestic real estate companies want to continue to grow, must change the extensive mode of marketing before. And to boils the head monopoly in the fierce market competition, must foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, play to the company’s own advantage, to find accurate market positioning, to take effective marketing tool to be in an impregnable position in the market, this also for healthy development of the enterprise in the future to lay the solid foundation.This article first introduced the selected topic background and significance of topics, analyzed the full text of the research direction and main contents of the second part elaborates the relevant theories of marketing, focus on the theory of porter five competition models, the third part expounds the development and characteristics of urban real estate market in China, the reason of the problem and the China city real estate market are analyzed, and the fourth part with A group of real estate company as an example, with five model as theoretical basis, this paper introduces the enterprise during the process of internal and external development situation at present stage, the fifth part for the development of the enterprise, from product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy, marketing channel strategy and brand construction five aspects analyzes the important direction of the next step group, A real estate company.
