Study On The Development Model Of County Economy In Huaihua

In order to transform itself into an urbanized nation, China has put much emphasis on the development of rural area, which is also critical to the transformation of economic structure and the solution of’three rural’issue. Due to the long existence of the dual structure of our economy system, there is an intangible gap in the overall development between urban area and rural area, which hinders the flow of factor of production and the optimization of resources, leading to the huge income gap and low efficiency of economy. Based on the Theory of development of county, we’ll exemplify the development of Huaihua County, and to point out that the essence of county economic’s to realize the optimization of various factors of production between the agricultural economy and industrial economy. Through the analysis of the data found that the county economy of Huaihua City, which has poor infrastructure, lack of human and capital, institutional mechanism is not perfect and other factors, cause the maladjustment of industrial structure, low production efficiency. Outside the county economic development experience of domestic show, government guidance, development planning, free flow of production factors, pay attention to industry and good economic, ecological environment is an important driving force for the development of county economy. With the above analysis, the development of county economy of Huaihua city should be the corresponding development strategy formulated according to the characteristics of different counties, the development of logistics industry, key energy base, cultural tourism industry, agricultural product processing industry, and create a good environment for the development from the perspective of talent education, infrastructure, government services, financial system construction, ecological environment protection etc.This dissertation is divided into seven parts:Part1demonstrates background of the research and its significance along with the current situation of the field; Part2illustrates the concept of Theory of development of county with the integration of the example, followed by the fundamental theory of the development of county like growth pole theory, the theory of growth expenditure, The Theory of Endogenous Growth, the theory of industrial structure, etc.Part3makes insightful analysis about the overall condition of Huaihua in terms of its gross product, structure of its economy, fixed asset, government income and expenditure, DPI, etc. Prat4displays the problem of Huaihua’s county economy and it’s internal reason. Part5gives a brief introduction of some popular developing mode both in China and around the globe such as Su’nan Mode, Chengdu Mode,Germany Mode and Japanese Mode which can help Huaihua better its performance.Part6offers some practical suggestions on how Huaihua can choose a better means of its industrial disposal, development.Part7summarizes the whole paper, and offers the main conclusion of the paper.
