SME Financing Model Research Of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank

Abstract:With the development of social economy and the rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises(SME), SME has gradually become the core strength of the national economy. But the financing problems of SME are increasingly outstanding. Therefore, to study and solve the financing problems of SME has a positive practical significance, which can promote the healthy growth and the benign development of our national economy.This paper discusses the SME financing model of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank, after a review of the present Situation of SME financing at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current characteristics of China’s SME financing, SME’s financing plight, the causes of the plight and the future trends, then makes a comparison of SME financing model between international countries for studying the successful experience from abroad. On the basis of theory research, this paper introduces the Huarong Xiangjiang Bank’s existing financing model, product and business, analysises the achievements and existing problems of SME financing. Considering the existing problems of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank for SME financing models,we should make optimization ideas clear,and make optimization design on existing financing models and products,and then come out with the model of SOT innovately. In order to prevent risks and improve efficiency, this paper evaluates the SME’s financing risk of Huarong Xiangjiang bank, and puts forward measures to optimize the existing risk control system, and And proposed the running security system.This paper makes a research on the SME’s existing financing model of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank and make optimization design for it, which can make a help for improving SME financing model of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank and view as reference for small and mediun banks financing the development of SMEs.
