Product maturity is an instrument to measure the technical factors of products whether has the rationality and completeness in the full life circle such as design, manufacture, use and support. It also is the comprehensive measurements about controllable degree and realization degree of the product. Meanwhile, product maturity is a higher level of ascension of the technical maturity in product quality.This thesis is aimed at the company can assess the processes and complete schedule of the products in a timely manner by the study of the theoretical analysis of product maturity. So that the product development’ risk can be controlled effectively. By this way, the company can promote the research and development and the cultivation of products. Thus it can be continuously improving the products to expand the product market share.The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence factors of product maturity and evaluate product maturity, which can guide product developers to control those critical factors affecting product maturity in the whole product life cycle to ensure that products can effectively mature.This thesis is based on the TRIZ theory and the example for communication products. The research method of this thesis is by combining theory with practice and the qualitative examination with quantitative study. It can provide theoretical support and technical support for the products changing from immaturity to maturity. This thesis makes generalization and summary to the enterprise product management model and implementation process, as well as do analysis to delve the effect factors of product maturity level. This thesis seize the research method by reading the related literatures home and abroad and summarizing them.In conclusion, this thesis confirmed a general law of product maturity after careful analysis on the product life cycle and product mature process. Based on the thorough analysis about the relationship among product maturity level with technology readiness level, manufacturing readiness level and using readiness level, characterization elements are attained.Then, according to the characterization elements of products and general rule of product maturity, this thesis confirmed critical affect factors of product maturity, which is enterprise product strategy, quality management system and product process support maturity. The conclusion will laid a solid theoretical foundation in constructing an evaluation index system of product maturity.Finally, This thesis confirm the product mature level, and defines the comment sets of product maturity evaluation index system after considering the affect elements of product maturity. Several valuable conclusions with some possible research directions about the product maturity are given in this thesis. It means to solve the shortage of thoughtlessness about the internal and mature features in the general products.
