Labor outsourcing, despite its obvious benefits, should never be considered as a fashion to be thoughtlessly modeled and a clear idea of the problems and changes of outsourcing management and operation should be stressed. Among the problems, how to meet the severe challenges and innovations in coping with human resource management in the multiple employment system is worth exploring.Besides, with the continuous development of market-oriented economy and the increasing improvement in the mechanisms of personnel system and human source flow, a huge labor market in China has been taking shape.
