With the continuous development of national economy, especially after China entry intothe WTO, China telecom industry with its strong momentum of growth in the nationaleconomy status plays a decisive role.In the Chinese communication industry,hard technologymatures and keep pace with the world situation. As the soft technology, business managementhas been lagging behind, especially when the product, service and channel are coessential andprice war as the main means of competition mode,making the enterprise profit decrease.According to the problems in the Harbin branch of China Unicom in marketingmanagement in the problems as the main line, the paper built mobile business core combiningwith the theory marketing strategy of the status quo and existing problems around the Harbinbranch of China Unicom mobile service, discussed in the current market environmentconstruction and build mobile business core competitiveness, in order to help to solve ChinaUnicom in operation the dilemma encountered by.Firstly,this article first introduces the background of the thesis, domestic andinternational communications market development present situation and the trend and relateddomestic and foreign research status of mobile communication.Secondly, around the HarbinUnicom at present mobile service marketing present situation, to the mobile service marketingstrategy analysis, the paper points out the existing problems and causes of the problem.TheHarbin branch of China Unicom mobile service current and future development environmentare analyzed and then the market sale strategy that should adopt undertook discussing, putforward product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, and promotion strategy whichshould be taken to improve the situation.Finally the paper studied the measures from theaspects of mechanism of system, network, resources, and services,and offerred specificopinion and proposal.
