In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and economicprosperity, the telecom industry is increasingly growing. After the reform of thetelecom market, China’s telecom market remaining enterprises of China mobile,China unicom and China telecom, as a result, competition is more intense between thethree companies.On the basis of a lot of reading literature at home and abroad, this paper used theresearch results of inspiration. This paper makes interview with shaoyang mobilecompany employees and managers to collect shaoyang mobile company specific data,and analysis the company current situation, then to find the existing problems andadvantages in shaoyang mobile company’s customer service quality. On the premiseof foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, this paper makes customer servicequality improvement strategy for shaoyang mobile company, and provide safeguardsfor customer service quality improvement strategies. This paper combines theorywith practice, the research achievements of shaoyang is not only of great significanceto improve the mobile customer service quality, but also has certain referencesignificance to other enterprises.
