China's domestic economic industry structure is changing rapidly in recent years. The pattern of domestic telecommunications industry is also undergoing tremendous changes. After China joined in WTO, there is a new round of reshuffle for China's telecommunications market, which means based services and related value-added services are changing. Strong external and internal pressures appeared at all operating companies. They must consider how to improve their competitiveness, how to get an access to meet the current economic environment especially the potential market.This thesis rely mainly on the NJ Mobile Communications Corporation, we do research with the Customer Service of the corporation, the research are done mainly in several aspects, such as the convenience satisfaction of the business outlets, the salesperson's service initiative satisfaction of the of the operating room, the salesperson's appearance satisfaction of the operating room, the operating room, the salesperson's service attitude of the operating room, the ability satisfaction of the salesperson to solve problem; while we do research with the current problems we also carry out research with potential problems of the customer service of NJ mobile communications company. After research and analysis of the data obtained through the research process, we have a comprehensive understand of the level of customer service of the NJ mobile Communications Company, and discover some deficiencies, so we put forward some service improvement program, such as the strategies to improve customer satisfaction and how to improve the NJ Mobile Communications Company customer loyalty.Customer service work under the market economic system are endless for any business in any industry, how to improve the level of customer service will also be one of the corporate strategy for future development. NJ Mobile Communications Company as a communications business, it faces the opportunities and challenges exist. I believe that NJ mobile communications company has only a careful analysis of the impact of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty reasons which, and timely update enterprise service level, so that the level of customer service can continue to improve, in order to ensure the continuity of business development and growth.
