Improved Design On Project Cost Control Management System In A Construction Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization, the construction enterprise is undergoing tremendous changes in the market environment.In order to survive and develop, managers of the construction enterprise must change the management mechanism, strengthen control of project cost management, adopt advanced and scientific management ideas, management mode and management methods, moreover improve competition ability of enterprise cost. Author works at a medium-sized construction enterprise in Dalian, whereas its annual output value is approximately0.5billion and its average annual net profit rate is about3%, but the profit level is lack of competition in the market. In this paper, the problems existing are analyzed in the project cost management system of author’s enterprise and an innovation design improvement is made about the construction enterprise at the cost management system. Also Author designs the cost control management object, process, management order, instant, assessment and evaluation etc., and forecasts the effect after implementing cost improvement system. At last, writer thinks and researches seriously about how to promote the enterprise competition ability, improves the level of project management, and implements construction enterprise profit maximization.
