Important pillar industry of real estate business are closely related to people’s livelihood.With the rapid growth of the real estate market in recent years, the State gradually began to introduce policies for macro-market regulation. Current slow real estate market growth, which wants steady growth under the present circumstances of real estate companies, real estate project marketing plan becomes very important.However, China’s real estate enterprises for marketing planning has not been enough attention, on the one hand, many developers believe that as long as the location of the property, project quality and real estate can be sold out, but that may not be the case.Meanwhile, China’s real estate market marketing planners level is not high, and can be a good real estate marketing planning role to play.For the healthy development of the real estate market has brought a lot of problems.Therefore, the real estate business in today’s environment, by applying the market developing marketing, strategies to promote your business, sales and corporate visibility is the focus of this paper.Application of marketing theories and methods in this article, JZY real estate enterprises and practical features, JZY project for the typical case in Anshan city, Liaoning province, gives real estate marketing plan, and discuss the real estate development business in developing markets.Industry background, this article first describes the real estate market in China’s market environment, and the significance of this study is presented and organizational structure, proposed "JZY real estate market development and planning studies" research topic;Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of this article apply SWOT theory to real estate companies undertook a detailed analysis of key JZY subdivision real estate company, set off from studies on enterprise’s own strengths and weaknesses, and combining JZY project of its own characteristics, JZY market development strategy of the project is given.Finally, application of comprehensive analysis methods, JZY project carried out a detailed analysis of the market environment, the target market positioning gives JZY project after late pricing strategies, positioning, pricing, marketing strategy, and there may be a risk to the project analyses and responses are given.
