In recent years,The third-party logistics industry has developed rapidly.In 2017,the total cost of social logistics accounted for 14.6% of GDP,but there are still some problems.Facing the fierce living environment,how can the third party logistics enterprises maintain long-term development? Only we take the customer satisfaction as the core,which is the basis for the future development.At present,China's research on the third party logistics customer satisfaction survey,mainly followed the western research's methods,was lack of some positive analysis on the definition of evaluation index and factors.In this paper,I takeJL Logistics Co.,Ltd.as a case,to find the third-party logistics enterprise's customer satisfaction evaluation index and factors,and give somesuggestions for improvement.Firstly,this paper proposes the background of the research,the status of the domestic and foreign research,and elaborates the research method and framework;Secondly,the third-party logistics and customer satisfaction theory are introduced,and the classical customer satisfaction models are reviewed and evaluated.Thirdly,this paper constructs the customer satisfaction evaluation system of the third party logistics enterprises,designs the questionnaire of customer satisfaction of the third party logistics enterprises,and determines the weight of each index,and give some suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.In this paper,I take JL Logistics Co.,Ltd.as an example,and give some suggestions to improve customer satisfaction of JL Logistics Limited,use the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods for evaluation,;Finally,this paper summarizes the results of the study,and puts forward the limitations and prospects of the study.
