From the perspective of the industrial chain to study green vegetables is few, and the study is mostly in a certain region. This paper is based on the development of national green vegetables to study the vegetables industry chain, it riches the theoretical basis of green vegetables industry chain, and make an important significance for the development of economic, environment protection and human health.The article is based on the agricultural industrial chain theory, transaction cost and externality theory, game theory and food safety theory, and using literature analysis, statistical analysis and typical case analysis to study the present situation of the development of green vegetables industry chain and the existing problem in our country. It draws a conclusion that the green vegetables industry chain should be optimized from industry chain extension, industrial chain integration, and industrial chain ascension. And we make some suggestions for the industry chain optimization mainly from the government, leading enterprises and farmers’cooperative organizations, farmers.The innovation point is:First, the green vegetables industry chain has its own characteristics, this paper analysis our country green vegetables industry chain optimization bas development is base on the relevant theory, and we think its optimization should be from the following three aspects:extend industrial chain, industry chain integration and industrial chain ascension. At present to our country green vegetables industry research mainly focus on its planting, processing technology and logistics transportation, etc. The second, we use the measure of typical case analysis to analyze the development of green vegetables, and summed up the experience of green vegetables industry chain optimization development from it.
