Based on the strategic objectivesproposed by the "Five-Year" development plan of the Hunan investment company, weanalysis the company’s financing method and strategic finance. Finally, we put forwardthe proposals, such as establishing forward-looking strategic consciousness and ascientific strategic decision-making mechanism, strengthening the companymanagement and the enterprise culture and staff team building, setting up effectiveperformance evaluation system, controlling financing risk reasonably, to ensure thesuccessful implementation of the company ifnancing strategy planning.
