Being as the period of every employees should undergo, the workaholics should be noticed by scholars. Cause employees during this period are transitional, growing, forming professional idea and be impacted about career decision-making. As the same time, many researchers had conducted studies about the relationship between personality traits and work stress, besides, their research achievement led to new problems that need to be confirmed. For example, the effect of the third variable on the relationship. As the drive about competed with internal or external excellent standards, motivation should be valued and put in the research. According to this, the research which is using the Achievement Motivation Scale, Type A Behavior Scale and Work Stress Scale, is aim to confirm the moderating effect of achievement motivation on the relation between work stress and type A behavior. Based on the survey, the data collected from newly employees, results revealed that:(1)the relevant and regression relationship are obviously between type A behavior and work stress.(2) Achievement motivation, as the moderating variable,plays an important role in enhancing the relationship between type A behavior and work stress. On the basis of the actuality and conclusion, the research pointed out that ameliorate work stress and improve the stress tolerance should by means both of improving oneself and business administration.
