Research On The Social Security System Of Landless Peasants In China

Industrialization and urbanization is the inevitable trend of human economic and socialdevelopment, but also the necessary way to achieve modernization. With the acceleration of theprocess of China’s industrialization and urbanization, urban construction also entered a period ofrapid expansion. With the increase of construction land, more and more farmers lost their land,and it leads to a series of problems, such as employment, health care, pension and so on.Therefore, the study to solve the problem of landless peasants, especially to solve the problemsof the landless peasants of the social security system, is of great significance for the maintenanceof the rights and interests of farmers to maintain social harmony and balance the development ofurban with the development of countryside.This paper studied on how to optimize the social security system of our country’s landlesspeasants. The first part introduction of the paper explained the background and significance ofChina’s landless peasants, proposed the innovation. The second part gave an explanation anddescription of the paper used in the writing process, which would provide the problems oflandless peasants with the theoretical and practical guidance through the related theoriesdescription. The third part focused on some typical practices and of developed countries to solvethe social security problems of the landless peasants, and has concluded that we should thinkabout from the advanced experience. Part four analyzed the reasons for the formation of thelandless peasants started from the characteristics of landless farmers, and elaborated on someparts of the country in practice to solve the social security problem of landless peasants. The fifthpart named that the optimization to solve landless peasants social security must start from theregime to solve the problem of landless peasants, by absorbing the advanced experience andpractical guidance of the theory from the laws, policies, mechanisms proposed to optimize thesocial security system of China’s landless peasants countermeasures and suggestions to create asustainable development system environment for the landless peasants.
