However, due to a long period of planned economy, cold storage only played the role of low-temperature storage and its logistics property was covered up all the time. Traditional warehouse management needed people to manage a large number of documents out of storage and various other relevant data. With the opening of market economy and development of cold chain logistics, it has become increasingly obvious that the development of logistics has been constrained by traditional cold storage; even business of lots of the traditional cold storage was in trouble.In order to get through the difficulty, traditional distribution and warehousing industry was transforming to a modern logistics industry. In this process of transformation, it was a key factor to achieve automated processing of information. It will not only improve the automation of logistics and information sharing, improve efficiency, reduce costs, but also fundamentally change the strategic development of logistics, operations and management in the way a higher level, if Logistics enterprises introduced advanced information processing technology. In the enterprise management information system, warehouse management system was one of the cores of logistics management information system. It would bring great changes to improve Logistics management's level and provided the necessary logistics information technology conditions for the manufacturing of cost control at the same time.Through the study and summary of early warning system of Domestic and international, RFID and theories of Cold storage management, the construction project topics of this article are early warning systems of warehouse inventory management system of cold chain logistics center of Wuhan WanDun logistics Co., Ltd. Hoped to combine the advanced theory to guide actual research. Though features of the warehouse management system of company's existing, it studied the application of RFID technology and early warning system in the stockpile of cold chain logistics center. Through the RFID radio frequency identification technology and modern logistics center management, it prompted or pre-informed the cold storage of goods near the expired goods for FIFO to reduce losses of goods. |
